To use simply copy the user.con file into the same directory that you 
have dukenukem3d in.

OK Heres what this will do

1.Pistol is stronger!
2.Shotgun packs more of a kick
3.Chaingun is at the strength it should be (this is the weapon i use to "run" around with, and against most monsters it used to be kinda disappointing...hopefully this has been fixed.)
4.The rocket now is more powerful, but also has a wider blast radius....good for crowd control.
5.The pipebomb (like the boom.zip) is nuclear, so make sure theres some concrete between you and the blast.
6.The shrinker was kinda crap wasnt it! you used to fire and it was hit or miss whether the target shrank blah blah...well now just fire and forget! oh yeah and dont worry about them growing up, i ascribe to the "small is beautiful" philosophy ;-).
7.Devestator's the same.
8.Tripbomb (like boom.zip) has a harder blast and wider radius...will take out most monsters!
9.The ice maiden has been overhauled.....no longer those frustrating richocets, no, now it fires straight and true.....and unless your target has his thermal socks on then they'll be ice cube'd for quite a while. 
there have been various other modifications. (like cameras being able to be destroyed etc)

Njoy.....oh yeah dont forget to back up your user.con file first

if ya playing in multiplayer make sure your opponent(s) have the same .con files as you!
