The name of the file is what this patch does and what it doesn't do...
You see... Some people have wanted to make a flamethrower EVER SINCE
DeHackEd was made! Well, People weren't doing so good! I mean some of the
patches just plain sucked! I mean think about this... A plasma rifle shoots
a plasma bullet and it DROPS right in front of you and goes into flames!
How DUMB is that?!? AS I WAS SEEING MORE & MORE PITIFUL flamethrower
patches... I figured it was my shot at it! So I took ALMOST everything I knew
about frames, Bits, Initial frames and what they do... I got a pretty
good result! The rocket launcher is your primal WEAPON considering
it's the FLAMETHROWER! If you have the Suprwep6.deh patch try firing the
Combat Shotgun with it's NEW effect!   
Since I got sick of Just ONE neat effect...
I put in something that will knock your socks off!!!!
It looks LIKE A NUCLEAR BLAST!!!
I took some screen shots and GAVE out a PCX Viewer...
So Type PICVIEW (NAME OF .PCX FILE)  hit enter..
AMAZING HUH?!?!
At the last minute I took out the nuclear blast effect because at close ranges
it cause DOOM2 To almost crash, and some of the THINGs around the room 
disappeared! So I replaced it with something else that will be exceptionally 
COOL! But it's not the same! At least you have a chance to look at the screen
shots I took! I'm Building a WAD that will go with this Patch, but
don't expect it for about 7 months! I'm also working on 5 Different levels 
also! I GET SO MANY IDEAS I CAN'T PUT THEM INTO 1 WAD... IT DOESN'T /FIT THE 
ATOSPHERE!!!!!  Anyway I hope you Enjoy this patch... If you want to have the 
NUCLEAR BLAST effect, Go into things mode in DeHackEd and use a backup of your 
EXE file IF you have one... Go to the BFG9000 HIT  look at the initial FRAME
for that weapon... Then goto the Bullet Puff... Taking the initial frame from 
the BFG9000  click on the initial frame number for the bullet puff and type in 
the BFG's Initial frame... Save it, Exit, load it, play it, Enjoy IT!!!!
