Patch for Dehacked 3.0
STOPMONS: All monsters don't move!
This patch will stop all the monsters from moving.
Even you shoot him with the most deadly BFG9000 its corpse (or Cybers and
spiderdemon's hurting body) still don't move.
All monsters are freezed, but still can attack you.
