All this is is a new v_shot.mdl.  I got sick and tired of people
complaining about how in Quake he never loads his shotgun.  Well
this fixes that by making him cock it after every shot.  

I hope that you people like this, I do, and if you wish to use
it in a TC or other patch, just say "V_Shot.mdl made my Virianth"
and I will be happy. :)
