The previous map didn't look as good as the first version and still gave many warnings so i learnt from my failures to not depend on carving and gave more protagonism to vertex edition. it was a pain but was worthwhile. I rebuilt almost every brush from scratch, attached almost everything to the grid, added details here and there (the upper cave was a pain), made the pond more swallow, changed the lemon colored light_globe to a proper sunlight with a more suitable color, added more variation to the rocks, changed the upper rock's part, and balanced a bit more the map. It isn't recommended to play this map with just two players, as when the first player dies the other gets a huge advantage due to easy access to the red armor and rocket launcher and the inclined floor that makes aim with the rockets easier. Three or more players solves the problem. ------------------------------------------------------------------- * Installation - Put all the files in /id1/maps - Enjoy the map. ------------------------------------------------------------------- * Thanks - ID software for Quake - Ben Morris for Worldcraft - Valve for Worldcraft 3.3 - Baker for the Qadapter - Bengt Jardrup and MH for their tools - Unreal tournament for the inspiration. - All the people at Func_msgboard for their help - Spirit for uploading this at Quaddicted ------------------------------------------------------------------- * Copyright / Permissions * Commercial distribution of this material, in whole or in part, requires prior agreement with the author.
