This seems to be the right place to thank everyone for helping or trying to help me out with this, finally I got exactly one of each qbsp, light and vis program being able to handle this map. I do completely realize that the r_speeds of this map may piss off certain persons. To be honest, I don't fucking care what people think about the r_speeds of this map. If you think they are too high - go and delete the map, no one forces you to play it... Anyways, hope you enjoy this piece of work as much as I do.
