All sounds have been (more or less) reworked (loop creation, reverb addition, filtering, bass boost, etc...) Known Bugs : WinQuake limits are exceeded so prefer either aguirRe's GLQuake or FitzQuake0.85 to play the map !! OTOH, due to some HOms issues on fullvis, the map is only fastvised: it may generates some frame rate drop down in some area. Build Time : 12 months ·· T H E S T O R Y ·· Despite Humanity efforts, Quake evil forces has landed on Earth... War is there... And Chton is about to come... Where ? In a hidden mountain secret base, near a volcano... As per Marine Corps HeadQuarter informations, the base extracts its power from the volcano, refining lava to use it in a new generation nuclear reactor... Endless energy is provided to the base through this brand new technology... Marine Corps HeadQuarter think that Quake forces plan to use the nuclear reactor in order to activate an interdimensional portal, and then starts a massive Earth invasion... The end is near.. Chton's Legions of Death are ready... Marine, You have to stop them... Your mission is to enter the base, disable the reactor, and come back.. alive as far as possible... and if any of these bastards try to prevent you to achieve the mission: feel free to send it back to Hell... I assume Quoth folder is Quoth2 ;) 2. Run Quake. [FitzQuake0.85 is preferred, and don't forget to add "-hipnotic -game quoth -heapsize 64000" options in the command line] 3. Then load the map by typing "map fort_driant". 4. Play the map. 5. Enjoy it or hate it. 6. Exit the game. 7. Launch your mail program. 8.
