Ammo is balanced for the most efficient use, don't waste it for nothing. Better waste it on monsters, they are everywhere and they are evil ;) And don't forget about grenades when your ammo is low. There's a lot of lava in this map, so I suggest you to bind noclip somewhere close to your movement keys, it may be useful. Also there's a secret exit from the map... you can find it if you want. And always remember: traps and ambushes are everywhere... * Thanks to * id Software for Quake Ben Morris for Worldcraft Neal White III and Ty Matthews for Wally * Special Thanks to * Bengt Jardrup for his awesome tools and LOTS of help and support he gave to me during my mapping process Sock for his great egyptian texture set Kell for rock textures and betatesting Vondur for betatesting and support RPG for betatesting Pushplay for betatesting czg and Tronyn for inspiration fst for support and for the words "Go map. Go map! Go fucking map!!!" all guys from Func_Msgboard (http://celephais.net/board/) for their being there =) my poor comp (P-133 96MB RAM) for doing it's best for me and this map * Trouble Running the Map * This level requires extra RAM to play. To make the map playable in DOSQuake, add the "-winmem 32" command to your shortcut, or these commands for a DOS prompt: c:\>cd quake c:\quake>quake -winmem 32 For GLQuake or WinQuake add the "-heapsize 32768" command to your shortcut, or these lines for a DOS prompt: c:\>cd quake c:\quake>glquake -heapsize 32768 where "32768" is the amount of RAM required (32.0 megs). Also I recommend software users to set r_maxsurfs to 10000 and r_maxedges to 10000 in the console (~ key) to prevent annoying grayflash. Also this map may crash (I hope it won't do that, it should run fine in any engine). If it happens I suggest you to use Tyrann's Tyr-quake (www.planetquake.com/tyrann) or Bengt Jardrup's engine (http://user.tninet.se/~xir870k/). These engines, especially the latter, are able to handle ANY problem map. * Copyright / Permissions * Commercial distribution of this material, in whole or in part, requires prior agreement with the author.
