At last! an update for this depacking program.  A few new features have been
added so that you can decrypt key encoded and locked data files.  It now
also supports method 2 depacking as well as performing CRC checks on both
the packed and depacked data files.  The decrunch sources were obtained
from the EX4 coders disks (Well it saved me having to rip them out myself!)
