INSPERATIONS

1: Visualy I was inspired by Hardfest map 18 "Asymptote" by Finnks13 (I hope I capitalized that right) and the kinda weird mismatched and very colorful design scheme of the map, and I thought it went really well with chaotic slaughter gameplay
2: the general construction of the map, with specifically the large army of persistant sniping cyber was heavily inspired by Poogers map 28 "fun2" by NoReason
3: BOSCP/A1s for the infinite rocket launcher and the super launcher (I just combined those)

HISTORY

This was originally going to be a full megawad and I actually made 2 maps (this and another one) and was working on a third before I decided to just release this as 1.
Primarily because I haven't released anything and I figure a megawad or even just a short episode would be too much.
The map actually began conception in mid-late 2024 with most of the gameplay being finished by the end of 2024. So why'd it take me so long to release this?
Well I got kinda distracted with other things aside from doom and didn't reopen the editor for a solid 7 months, and while at this point I was still thinking of finishing the mapset I decide instead to shorten it to 5 maps then 3 then 2 then just 1. And even then the map still needed some tweaks, primarily to add difficulty settings and to buff the level significantly. Primarily by removing a good chunk of the megaspheres and instead replacing them with either soul spheres/mega armour, or nothing. Then even still I buffed many of the fights to require better ammo management and especially better positional awareness/management. and I'd say the version that was uv is around as hard or maybe easier than the current itytd. But that's aside the point. that's for the...

GAMEPLAY/STRATEGY

Fight 1 (invuln and big pit)
You really just gotta run around and you'll be fine, just make sure to not get stuck and also to stay near the rev/cybie cliff to force more infighting, also while the floor's lowering you can turn back and kill some of the pain elementals and prevent and overpopulation of the area
Pseduo Fight 2 (rev cyb cliff and archviles). Also save the soul sphere near the wall and away from the switch for the ending clean up, you really don't need it in the fight. Also also try baiting infighting between cybers and revs when you're near the pillars. You don't want to be 1v1 wit the cyber trust me.
This fight used to be my biggest block when doing runs now it's relativiely easy even after taking out the mega. The hard part of this is killing the cybs before invuln runs out cause you don't want to be trapped between a mass of cybers and a wall or even worse a mass of cybers and more sniping cybers. The other thing is that while you can go out and then re tele in. I found that leaves you vunerable to the sniping cybs. Also again while the walls lowering KILL THE PAIN ELEMENTALS. And with the archis, you can play aggro but I really only recommend this if you already got near max health AND armour cause it's rather inconsistent especially with the snipers. Also you can bait the cybs into shooting the archis to distract long enough for a closer archie shot. 
Fight 3 (2nd hardest fight imo)
I go for the imps every single time but the paticular direction doesn't matter, thought the close side prevents archie damage.  then you want to hug the walls until your near the switch to avoid archies and from there you want to clear the snipers and especially the archviles. And that's because you have to line up a kill on them and with snipers that can get tricky. Furthermore you want to press the archivile switch first then the spider one. cause the spider switch is closer and not in front of a herd of siegeheffers. 
Fight 4 (Archies then nuke pit)
Tbh I haven't tested this fith too much but I did test the original and generally you just u strafe and then circle strafe pretty easy.
Fight 5 (LUDICRIS LAUNCHER)
No Tellin'
Fight 6 (cleanup)
baiscally just 8 minutes of cleanup, can get stressfull with how many fucking cybers there are, same with elementals of agony.

my personal ranking of these fights would go 
1:Fight 5
2:Fight 3
3:Fight 4
4: Fight 2
5: Fight 1
6: Fight 6
take that as you will.
