Description : "My dreams are not friendly! :-)" - Yonatan Donner

An MBF11 tribute map to Hell Revealed made for the
2 Decades of Dooming mapping contest in which it
won 3rd place - This is the definitive edition with
                          difficulties implemented, bugs fixed,
                          anti-frustration features and slightly more
                          intuitive progression!

I quite like Hell Revealed, so I figured I'd make a
way overblown version of Hell Revealed's MAP14:
City in the Clouds, following in the tradition of
making sequels to maps you like. Just like Hell
Revealed, this map is not friendly. Foreknowledge
of the original City in the Clouds may help you
find weapons and potentially secrets. Almost every
custom asset, save for the sky and two MIDI tracks,
has been made by me, 90% of them were made
                          specifically for this project.

Hurt me Plenty contains the original monster
placements for the 2 Decades of Dooming contest.
Ultra-Violence is NOT at all friendly to blind
playthroughs, even for Hell Revealed standards, and
is more or less a "making this map so goddamned
large only to put less than 300 monsters in it was
a cruel joke" difficulty. Unless you're confident
in your skill or you want a truly agonizing
experience, play this blind on UV. Else, go for HMP
                          or HNTR.

Additional Credits to : Lee Jackson and Bobby Prince for the music from
                          Rise of the Triad
Chookum for helping me with getting my bearings for
the red key buildings and overall being a massive
cornerstone for me getting this map done before the
                          contest deadline

* Construction *

Base : Literally everything was made from scratch save for
two ROTT tracks and the sky.
Build Time : 2 weeks, consisting of many sleepless nights
Editor(s) used : Ultimate Doom Builder, SLADE, GIMP
Known Bugs : On software rendering, there's an unholy number of
slime trails. Nothing I could do about 'em.
Some textures may appear misaligned due to node
                          issues on software rendering.
The BFG sequence is awkwardly silent on ZDoom and
                          other ports of its lineage.

Tested With : DSDA-Doom 0.29.0, ZDoom 2.8.1, Nugget Doom 5.0.0
