First you need to enter list of goods, list of agents and other info, call editor from main menu for any table.
Also, data for Manager Assistant can be edited on PC using free Manager Assistant Desktop.
Each product has price, category to speedup search.
Each agent has category (for example "USA" or "Japan") and type (for example "supplier" or "dealer").
Then you can manage journal of operations.
Each operation has:
- Agent (person or destination)
- Operation type (i.e. "request", "delivery", "payment")
- Operation class (i.e. cash/wire payment or self/mail delivery)
- Amount of money ("+" for incomes/sales/payments, "-" for debts/requests)
- Actual checkbox (i.e. you can mark requests as non-actual and they will not be included to total, deliveries and payments is worth to mark as actual to see debts for particular agent)
- Closed checkbox (allows to separate active and finished operations)
- List of goods (each product can have custm price, clear it to restore original price)
Journal operations can be filtered, to see operations and total for particular conditions:
Conditions may include:
- Date period
- Operation class
- Operation type
- Closed condition
- Have goods list condition
You can view report for journal operations:
Report may be:
- By agent
- By operation type
- By day
- By week
- By month
Report can be used together with filters, sou you can see:
- Debts, payments, profit and amount of requests for particular agent
- Total balance and profit for any period
- Amount of sales for different periods
- And many, many other
