PC Time Zone Clock with DST displays one or more clocks on your screen each in the correct time for a chosen city. The program takes into account time zone and daylight savings times. It uses the legal definition of the dates of setback and set-forward for that city. An alarm can be set to notify user at that time in that city. The clock may be dragged to relocate and resized. Left clicking on the clock face will minimize that clock.
