yo! do the bartman! this is zoltar of SANCTUARY writing some crap in this swinging demo. we hope that you like the music and the demo itself too ofcourse! the tunes were made by two of our music freaks. the original bartman tune was done by troop and the great bartman mix was fixed by olivier. i think both tunes are great, or else i wouldn't have made this demo cos i don't have much time at the moment. i am just two weeks before my exams. probably i'll have to do them again cos i think that it's not possible to learn everything of the whole year in just two weeks. if it is possible, i let you know. in that case you don't have to go to school and you can concentrate on the amiga for nine months and just study for two weeks and still pass your exams, so wish me good luck! well that's enough crap for today, 11 april 1991. i'll write some more another time.........                       yep! here i am again. today, 12 april 1991, and i am working on this demo. i had a little trouble with the mirror, but it was my own fault and now it is fixed. the sinescroller was no problem at all. i am thinking of putting a second scroller on the screen. i am not sure about that. i will ask the others what they think about it. this demo is ready for today, i will have to wait for the charset, logo and the tunes. then i will finish this baby. enough bullshit now, i am going to work on amitallica 2, so see ya folks soon......                    alright! yep i am back on it again. today rvr is at my place working on the characterset. we made a decision on the second scroller case and decided not to put another scroller in the demo. olivier called just a minute ago and is now also on his way to my place with the main picture and his simpson mix. so, if everything goes as it should go, the demo will be finished tonight, 13 april 1991, at the a.c.g. in nieuwegein. i'll take a break for now, cos we have to move some discolights and get olivier from the station. be right back.....             i'am back and not everything did turn out at it was planned. at the moment it's sunday 14 april 3:00 am, so you know that this demo was not finished at the a.c.g. last evening. it was not my fault this time, cos troop came with the other tune which uses the tempo option in protracker and the replayer i used couldn't handle the tempo difference. i tried to fix it, but you know how it goes at such evenings. everybody is running around for the latest stuff, no amiga's free to work on, etc. but... now everything works 100 percent ok! i have put another replayer in the demo and it works. the only thing left to do is write some business text in this scroller and crunch everything (about 360 k!!). i'll continue this morning with the usual stuff! see ya!              alright! it's not morning anymore, it's 11:40 pm, but i'am here and so is rvr. we've made some final adjustments on the tunes and the picture. now everything should be perfect to the last bit. we're gonna finish this scrolltext and start crunching this demo. i'll send this demo to all SANCTUARY when it's finished. more will follow....              shit! today it's monday 15 april and we had some trouble with crunching. after the demo was crunched it appeared, when we started the demo with empty memory, that the sinescroller crashed the mirror. but now that bug is fixed too and we (rvr and zoltar) have already tried to crunch it. it worked!! i'll just have to code a little introscreen for the decruncher and then we're ready. now we will start the usual scrolltext with credits, greetings, personal hellos and remarks and more crap. when you're not tired of reading this story, then have fun with the rest. catch you right back!                \   =   -   +    haya folks! this is SANCTUARY and we're proud to present you our latest demo : + do the bartman +. let's start with the credits. this time, all coding was done by zoltar. the great bart picture has been pixelled by olivier. rvr was responsible for the characters and the logo. the tunes were done by......   you know!..........    ?
