===================================================================================
                 CREATING PSX .STR(MDEC) VIDEO FILES FOR PSPLAYER
===================================================================================
The Movie convertor must use UNCOMPRESSED avi format movies at 320x240 with an
audio stream at 44.1Khz, 16bit Stereo! These files are VERY Large (over 1Gb/5min)
The maximum total file length for movies on one disk is 36mins 54secs

Run MC32.exe in the "AVI2STR" folder.
Select your source .avi in the left window
In the right window specify the output folder and filename. Set the output type to
str(MDEC).
Click "Attributes" and use these settings:
Sound              - [checked]
                   - 37.8Khz
                   - Stereo
Easy               - [checked]
CD-ROM Speed       - Double
Frame Rate         - 15 fps
No. of Channels    - 1ch
Leap Sector        - [checked]
MDEC Image Version - Version 2
Custom             - [unchecked]

Now click "Go" to output the STR video file.

!!NOTE!! most PC .str players will fail to play the output file, this is related
to the difference in disk structure between the PC and PSX disk - the file is valid.

N-Joy!!
