Fixes
1) SMBIOS end address updated as per SMBIOS 2.5 spec.
2) The Hours in Service under System Board section on G5 Servers was not showing the right information as the environment variable CPQHOB was not supported in case of new Health Drivers. The system up time is now retrieved from CPQOSSYSTEMUPTIME which can be used to calculate the uptime in hours.
