HOW TO USE: |
1. Download the SoftPaq .EXE file to a directory on your hard drive. 2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions. 3. When the installation is complete, restart the notebook. NOTE: For the silent installation option (no prompts), run the following command from the command line: (path)\setup.exe -s NOTE: To unpack the files without installing the SoftPaq, run the following command from the command line: SP29820.exe -pdf -f(path) -s -e Where: "SP29820.exe" is the SoftPaq to unpack, "-pdf" is a runtime switch that overrides the build parameters, "-f(path)" is a runtime switch that overrides the default path set at build time, "-s" instructs the package to unpack in silent mode, skipping the Welcome, License, and Directory screens, and "-e" instructs the package to extract only, that is, do not run the component installation program.
