HOW TO USE: |
1. Obtain a formatted 1.44-MB diskette. 2. Attach external USB floppy drive to the system. 3. Download the SoftPaq .EXE file to a directory on your hard drive. 4. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions. When prompted, insert the formatted diskette in a drive to create the bootable diskette. NOTE: After creating the bootable diskette, the SoftPaq .EXE file downloaded in Step 2 can be deleted, if desired. 5. Power Off the computer. 6. Place the newly created ROMPaq Diskette in Drive A: and Power On the computer to upgrade the new BIOS. IMPORTANT: DO NOT TURN OFF POWER TO THE COMPUTER WHILE PERFORMING THIS PROCEDURE!
