TITLE: NVIDIA NVS280 PCI Registry Patch VERSION: 1.01 Rev. A DESCRIPTION: This package contains a utility that patches the registry to correct information for selected NVIDIA NVS280 PCI Graphics Cards installed in the listed desktop models and operating systems. NOTE: This utility searches for specific revisions of NVIDIA NVS280 PCI graphics cards and updates the registry only if the targeted card is detected in the system and at least one output of the card is enabled. The registry change is made to ensure that all revisions of these graphics cards are controlled the same way by the card's drivers. If the specific card is not detected, no changes are made to the system. If the specific card is detected, the changes become effective when the system is restarted (rebooted). Unless this patch is installed, you may experience performance issues, such as jerky motion on media playback or the system may stop responding (hang) when performing graphics-intensive tasks.
