These cross-connect ports are enumerated as ports 21 and 22 on both switches. PREREQUISITES: N/A HOW TO USE: 1. Download the SoftPaq .EXE file to a directory on your hard drive. 2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions. 3. When the installation is complete, you are given the option to start the firmware upgrade tool. Alternatively, you can initiate the utility from the Start menu by selecting ProLiant Interconnect Switch, then selecting Tools, then selecting Firmware Upgrade, then selecting Upgrade Tool, and then selecting Upgrade Tool.
