Close all applications except this firmware update application. 2. Remove all media from the optical drives prior to running the firmware update. 3. Download the SoftPaq .EXE file to a directory on your hard drive. 4. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions. NOTE: If "DOWNLOAD" is not highlighted/selectable, it means that the HLDS 52x CD-ROM model for which this firmware is intended is not installed in the desktop. 5.
