New Utilities for OS/2 Warp

SOFTOUCH SYSTEMS /CARRY ASSOCIATES AGREEMENT ANNOUNCED
Oklahoma City, OK, March 21, 1995 -- SofTouch Systems is pleased to announce it has
recently acquired exclusive rights to all products developed and sold by Carry 
Associates, Marco Island, FL.  

According to Rick Jones, President of SofTouch Systems, "We saw this as an 
excellent opportunity for SofTouch to add another state-of-the-art product to 
our expanding line of OS/2 utilities software, which includes the GammaTech 
Utilities and FileStar/2".

Larry Martin, President of Carry Associates, will continue to be involved in the
new partnership by providing ongoing product development and level 2 technical 
support. "I am very happy that SofTouch Systems will take over the distribution 
of our products....this arrangement will free up much of my time....and result in better 
service and a higher quality product" Martin said after the announcement.

SofTouch Systems is delighted to be associated with a developer with the proven skill, 
experience and stature Larry Martin possesses.  He has been programming for almost 
30 years, and his credits include the mainframe product CA-9/R+ marketed by Computer 
Associates.  His involvement with PCs began with the first IBM PC and he has been 
developing for OS/2 since version 1.1.  

More details on an as yet unnamed product, scheduled for release in early summer, 
will be provided in the upcoming weeks.
