A highlight of this year's Networld+Interop show is a versatile product which performs a variety of network administrative and maintenance roles, from Help Desk / LAN Server support to software distribution to end user training. Remote Services Management, formerly known as PolyPM/2, is an innovative approach to the remote access and management of LAN workstations. It can be seen at IBM's booth #3563, blue section. The product's current release is the latest in a series that has attracted over a quarter-million OS/2, Windows, and DOS users around the world.
