WINOS2 will not process HELP files for newer WIN applications
like Excel 4.0 and Amipro 3.0.

I renamed my WINHELP.EXE file on \os2\mdos\winos2 to WINHELP.XXE
 (any suffix other than CMD BAT EXE or COM would do).  This
causes WINOS2 to use the WINHELP.EXE file in my WIN 3.1 directory.

I can't guarantee this works for everything, but I haven't had any
problems yet.
