DATA-XPERT is a powerful and flexible editor.  It gives you the
ability to view and edit one or more local tables or one or more
tables across multiple servers.  DATA-XPERT lets you view and
edit an entire table or a subset of that table.  DATA-XPERT lets

XPERT contains a variety of customizable options.  These options
make the product adaptable to your particular working style and
needs.  Some key features of DATA-XPERT include:

*  Robust editing of relational databases displayed in a
spreadsheet format.

*  Graphical user interface organized around the DATA-XPERT
notebook.

*  Query support for creating table subsets.

*  Multiple DBMS support.

*  Multiple table access.

*  Remote server editing.

*  Customizable features including the toolbar, colors, fonts,
and keyboard mappings.

*  Unlimited undo and redo capability.

*  Line and primary command support to aid transition from the
mainframe to the workstation.

Release 1 of DATA-XPERT supports two types of relational
databases:

*  DB2/2, Version 1.0 and Version 1.1.

*  Oracle, Version 6 and Version 7.
