RESOLUTION 1. Open an OS/2 window session. 2. At the command prompt, type E \CONFIG.SYS, then press Enter. 3. Add the following directory to the LIBPATH= statement: C:\IBMI18N\DLL; where C: is the drive where OS/2 is installed. 4.
