DESCRIPTION

When trying to run Apex II Version 3.6, by Astec, a SYS3176 error 
message is received.

RESOLUTION

This application uses an Everlock protection scheme. To run Apex 
Version 3.6 and earlier versions with OS/2, call Astec Software and 
request a special installation password to bypass the protection scheme.
