        SYS1003 Error Installing Lotus Symphony 2.2 in OS/2 2.1

DESCRIPTION

When trying to install Lotus Symphony 2.2 from drive A by typing SETUP 
C:\SYM22, a SYS1003 error was received.

RESOLUTION

Note: Make sure you have a backup of any file you intend to change.

1. Insert the Lotus Symphony Setup diskette in drive A.

2. Edit the SETUP.BAT file on the diskette.

3. Change: IF ERROR LEVEL 999 GOTO PARM2OK
   To:    IF ERROR LEVEL 0 GOTO PARM2OK

4. Save and exit the file.

You now can install Lotus Symphony by typing SETUP C:\SYM22 at the A: 
prompt.
