DESCRIPTION

Panasonic MC521 CD-ROM does not work with OS/2 2.1.

RESOLUTION

OS/2 2.1 does not support the Panasonic MC521 CD-ROM. Support is 
provided only for select SCSI-based CD-ROMs. The documentation was in 
error when it listed support for this device. The error was identified 
in the README.INS file, which is on OS/2 Installation Diskette 3 or on 
Installation Diskette 1 for the CD-ROM version.

A driver for OS/2 is available from Panasonic. If the CD-ROM has or is 
connected to a Sound Blaster card, you can download the driver from the 
Creative Labs BBS.
