DESCRIPTION

While trying to install OS/2 2.1 on a Productivity Enhancements 260 MB 
hard disk, which has the stamp, "Areal Technologies," the following 
trap message is received at Installation Diskette 1. The hard disk is 
set up as the primary drive, but other drives are in the system.

RESOLUTION

Productivity Enhancements states that all other hard disks must be 
removed from the system to install OS/2 on the Productivity 
Enhancements' hard disk. They also recommend using the IBMINT13.I13 
SCSI device driver in the CONFIG.SYS file. This should be the default 
during and after installation.
