        SYS0026 Error Accessing the IBM CD-ROM II in OS/2 2.11

DESCRIPTION

The SYS0026 error message is received when an attempt is made to access
the CD-ROM.

OS/2 2.11 does not recognize the IBM CD-ROM II connected to an IBMRAID 
card with BIOS level 1.60.

RESOLUTION

1. Upgrade the RAID BIOS level to 1.62.
2. Upgrade the system Flash ROM and system BIOS level.
