      SYS1919 at Final Restart of OS/2 Warp Connect Installation

DESCRIPTION

During installation of Multi-Protocol LAN Support (MPTS), the following
message is received at the final restart:

   SYS1919:file D:\CID\LCU\SRVREXX.EXE in RUN statement in
   CONFIG.SYS is not a valid file.

The CD-ROM no longer works.

RESOLUTION

1. Insert the Installation Diskette in drive A.

2. Start the system, or press Ctrl+Alt+Del if it is already started.

3. Follow the instructions on the screen. When the Welcome screen
   appears, press F3 to get the command prompt.

4. Edit the CONFIG.SYS file on the hard disk and remove all references
   to x:\CID (x is the letter for the CD-ROM drive). This includes the
   RUN statement and all paths.

5. Save and exit the file; then restart the system.

The system starts installing the Connectivity products.
