      SYSxxxx Errors during OS/2 Warp Installation on ValuePoint
                     with SMC Ethernet Cards

DESCRIPTION

At the first restart during installation of OS/2 Warp on a ValuePoint 
with two SMC Ethernet cards, a SYS1719 message is received for the 
HPFS.IFS file, and the CDFS.IFS statements cannot be loaded. After 
reformatting and restarting the installation, error message SYS2070 is 
received after the first restart. This message is followed by SYS0318.

RESOLUTION

Remove the network cards and complete the installation; then put the 
cards back in the system.
