DESCRIPTION

On systems with an ATI Mach64 video adapter, installation of 
OS/2 Warp 4 stops on Diskette 2, at the Loading, please wait... screen.

RESOLUTION

Verify that your system CMOS has SERIAL2 set to COM2, not COM4.
Refer to your system hardware documentation for instructions.

This information is taken from the README file that comes with ATI 
Mach64 adapters; these adapters use the same address as COM4.
