         BIOS Problem with Asustek SMP Motherboard in OS/2 2.1

DESCRIPTION

OS/2 SMP Installation Diskette cannot start, or has other problems such 
as locking up and non-system disk errors.

RESOLUTION

The BIOS on the Asustek motherboard should be Award BIOS 4.50G, 
revision AWNE303T. Contact the vendor for a BIOS upgrade.
