OSINBOUT - OS/2 2.11 FIXPAK "BACKOUT" PROCEDURE USING FIXTOOL/2A 01/17/96 ======================================================================= OS/2 2.11 FixPak "Backout" Procedure Using Fixtool/2A ======================================================================= Please Read Entire Document for Full Explanation of Procedures -------------------------------------------------------------- DESCRIPTION You need to back out of the OS/2 2.11 FixPak. RESOLUTION 1. Insert FixPak Diskette 1 in drive A. 2. At a command prompt type, A:SERVICE and press Enter. 3. When prompted, remove Diskette 1 and insert Diskette 2. 4. Select Change product list when it is displayed. 5. Select Archived products; then select the OK push button. 6. Select Backout; then select OK. 7. When Backout is complete, select Cancel; then select OK to exit Corrective Service. The module replaced by the FixPak is restored to the previous level.
