      C0000005 Error in BVHINIT.DLL on Diskette 2 of Installation

DESCRIPTION

When starting a PS/2 9556/9557 system with OS/2 Warp 4 installation 
diskettes, an error c0000005 at BVHINIT.DLL occurs on Diskette 2.

RESOLUTION

1. Make a DISKCOPY of the OS/2 Warp 4 Installation Diskette.

2. Copy the ABIOS.SYS and *.BIO files from the PS/2 9556 Reference 
   Diskette to the DISKCOPY of the OS/2 Warp 4 Installation Diskette. 

   If you need more room, delete the BUNDLE file on the installation 
   diskette.

3. Restart the installation, using the DISKCOPY of the OS/2 Warp 4 
   Installation Diskette.
