This is due to a corrupted SYSLEVEL.OS2 file. RESOLUTION 1. Change to the C:\OS2\INSTALL subdirectory, where C: represents the drive that OS/2 is installed on. 2. Type ATTRIB SYSLEVEL.OS2 -R, then press Enter. 3. Type DEL SYSLEVEL.OS2, then press Enter. 4. Insert OS/2 Installation Diskette 1 (the same version of OS/2 that is currently on the system) into drive A:. 5.
