DESCRIPTION

During installation of OS/2 2.1 upgrade, the following Trap message is 
received at Diskette 1:

   Could not load DOSCALL1.DLL.

The system has with MS-DOS 6.22, with no Stacker running.

RESOLUTION

Diskette 1 is corrupted. Replace the diskette. Also disable internal 
and external cache, and turn Turbo off.
