At Diskette 1, the following exception error is received during 
installation:

RESOLUTION

The IBM1S506.ADD file is damaged. Edit the CONFIG.SYS file and 
remark-out (REM) the BASEDEV=IBM1S506.ADD statement, or get a new 
Diskette 1.

Do a DISKCOPY of Diskette 1. On the copy of Diskette 1, delete the file 
IBM1S506.ADD; then copy the IBM1S506.ADD from the original diskette to 
the copy of Diskette 1.

This might be a binary problem. The file size and date of IBM1S506.ADD 
should be 27104 bytes and 10-06-94
