DESCRIPTION

Installation of OS/2 Warp Connect on an HP Vectra VL failed at Diskette 
1. The following was received:

   TRAP000d, CS:EIP = 0508:00003389, and SS:ESP = 0030:00004e0e.

RESOLUTION

1. Edit the CONFIG.SYS file on Diskette 1:

   a. Remark-out (REM) the following BASEDEV statements:

         CMD640x 
         DETNE2
         IBM2*
         IBMINT13

   b. Add /FL to BASEDEV=IBM1S506.ADD.

2. Save and exit the file; then restart the installation.
