DESCRIPTION

The hard disk or diskette drive does not work at the final restart of 
OS/2 Warp installation.

RESOLUTION

The Buslogic PCI-SCSI adapter must be in PCI SLOT-1, which is usually 
the slot nearest the end of the system board.

Make sure the card is set for IRQ 15 and PCI Pin C in the Buslogic CMOS 
setup (Ctrl+B).

Contact the vendor for assistance, if necessary.
