Note: The above is an example if the you have 2 physical drives connected to the Promise card. RESOLUTION Note: Make sure you have a backup of any file you intend to change. 1. Insert OS/2 Warp Diskette 1 in drive A. 2. Edit the CONFIG.SYS file on the diskette. Change: BASEDEV=IBM1S506.ADD To: BASEDEV=IBM1S506.ADD /A:0 /U:0 /!SMS /U:1 /!SMS 3. Contact the vendor and obtain the driver, PTI1S506.ADD. 4. When using the new driver, remark-out (REM) the IBM1S506.ADD statement.
