SYS2070 WPPRINT.DLL after Upgrading from OS/2 Warp 3

DESCRIPTION

After upgrading an OS/2 Warp Connect system to OS/2 Warp 4, the 
following error occurs on startup:

SYS2070 WPPRINT.DLL -> SOM.100

This error occurs if you choose to migrate CONFIG.SYS.

RESOLUTION

Reinstall OS/2 Warp 4, using Advanced Installation; do not choose to 
migrate CONFIG.SYS.
