          Trap000d Exception in Device Driver Singleq$

DESCRIPTION

After upgrading from OS/2 Warp 3 a Trap000d exception in device driver
SINGLEQ$ occurs during startup, even after resetting the system to VGA 
mode.

RESOLUTION

1. Restart the system, pressing Alt-F1 when the small white 
   rectangle appears in the upper left corner of the screen.

2.  At the Recovery Choices screen, press F2 to get to a command prompt.

3. At the command prompt, type CD \OS2\MDOS\WINOS2\SYSTEM, 
   then press Enter.

4. Type REN *.TTF *.OLD, then press Enter.

5. Restart the system.
