DESCRIPTION

If you have OS/2 Warp 3.0 FixPak 22 installed, use the following 
guidelines to install OS/2 Warp 4.

RESOLUTION

OS/2 Warp 4.0 can be installed over OS/2 Warp 3.0 with FixPak 22 using 
the following methods:

1. Remove FixPak 22 first, then begin the install using either the Easy 
   or Advanced option.

2. Do not use the Easy Install unless FixPak 22 has been removed.

3. Use Advanced Installation to install OS/2 Warp 4.0 over FixPak 22.
   You are asked whether to overlay files with a newer date or not;
   choose the option to overwrite the newer files.

4. You can use either Easy or Advanced Installation over FixPaks earlier
   than FixPak 22 with no problems.
