RESOLUTION 1. Open the Settings notebook for the program object. 2. Select the arrow next to Open. 3. Select Settings. 4. Select the DOS settings window. 5. Select the Session tab. 6. Select the DOS settings... box. 7. Change the following settings: COM_DIRECT_ACCESS to ON COM_HOLD to ON HW_ROM_TO_RAM to ON HW_TIMER to ON IDLE_SECONDS to 60 IDLE_SENSITIVITY to 100 8.
