RESOLUTION Note: Before migrating from Windows for Workgroups, you must have the setup, shares, and connections information for your system. The following shows Windows for Workgroups terms and their corresponding terms for IBM Peer for OS/2. You will be prompted for each of these during the installation of Peer for OS/2. Workgroups Peer for OS/2 ---------- ------------- computer name workstation name comment workstation description workgroup domain name logon name user ID password password After Peer for OS/2 is installed, access the menu for each resource you want to share by selecting the resource object with mouse button 2. You then can specify the share name, description, and access control. Select the Sharing and Connecting icon in the OS/2 Peer folder to set up your connections.
