RESOLUTION When you have TCP/IP installed, the following apply: * If you have a LAN connection to the Internet, to access the Software Updates program, do the following: 1. Double-click on Assistance Center. 2. Double-click on Software Updates. 3. From the Not Connected to the Internet window, click on the Don't Connect button to start WebExplorer and access Software Updates through your current LAN connection. * The context-sensitive help for the Primary Interface field in the Dial Other Internet Providers application was omitted. The help information follows: If you have both a LAN connection and a Dial (SLIP or PPP) Internet connection, checking the Primary Interface check box causes the Dial interface to become your primary interface. Selecting this option will resolve your host ID to the IP address of the Dial interface.
