DESCRIPTION

A "Drive x not ready, press any key to continue" error message occurs 
just before the Boot Manager selection screen is displayed.

RESOLUTION

This is a Dell BIOS problem where INT 13, function 15, 8, and 0, 
returns information as if there was one more fixed disk than there 
really is. 

Dell has a new version of the BIOS (A05 or later) which fixes the 
problem; contact Dell or visit their internet site: http://www.dell.com.
